Shelly's Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients

    1 Jar of Light Tomato/Basil Ragu
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    8 oz fresh mushrooms
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (2.25oz) cans sliced olives
    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
    8 oz spaghetti

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350'. Cook pasta.
In a skillet, sautee onion, pepper, garlic, black olives, mushrooms w/ olive oil. Add ground beef and brown the meat, drain off any fat. Add spahgetti sauce. Add cooked pasta. Pour all ingredients into a 9x13 casserole dish. Cook at 350' for 30 minutes. Top with mozzerella cheese.
