*Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 1 cup
Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 12 large
*Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Toss all ingredients into food processor or blender, pulse until consistency of pickle relish.
Will keep well sealed in fridge for 1 week.

I totally agree... the recipe I wrote for the website will have a little aside addressing that...
This isn't the healthiest dinner...but it's a good "Summer grilling kick off"...but not for you... way to much fat...I gotta figure out a leaner treat for you!
