Luna American Chop Suey Ground Turkey

Introduction

My version of a classic: Ground turkey lower in fat and cholesterol, no salt added simple tomato sauce lower some of the stats. My version of a classic: Ground turkey lower in fat and cholesterol, no salt added simple tomato sauce lower some of the stats.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Tomato Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)
    Macaroni, cooked, unenriched, 6 cup elbow shaped
    Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 2 cup

Directions

Prepare macaroni according to the package. While it is cooking, brown ground turkey in a frying pan, I add a little water to keep it from sticking. Once it has cooked, drain the fat. Then add 2 cans of tomato soup, and 2 small 8 oz can's of no salt added tomato sauce, heat thoroughly, about 15 minutes. You can serve as is, or put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees if you like.
