Ingredients

    2 frozen Eggo Whole Grain low fat Waffles
    1/2 C Blueberries
    1/3 C plain low fat yogurt

Directions

Toast the waffles top with the blueberries and yogurt.

I added a little maple flavor and sweetner to the yogurt.
