Ingredients

    1 can of sardines drained
    2tbsp chopped onions (or to taste)
    I/3 juice of a lemon yields
    1/2 tsp ground pepper (or to taste)


Directions

combine all ingredients and spread on crackers or in sandwiches with slices and tomato and lettuce.
