Introduction

In no time at all I have a great dinner in one dish. I love salads, and this is a way to get my kids to eat it too!! It is easy to omit an ingredient that they don't like, while still getting all the ones that I love! In no time at all I have a great dinner in one dish. I love salads, and this is a way to get my kids to eat it too!! It is easy to omit an ingredient that they don't like, while still getting all the ones that I love!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 oz. gr turkey breast
    1 tsp cumin
    2 tsp chili powder (or to your liking)
    1 clove garlic
    8 c shredded romaine
    1/2 c chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c chopped onion
    1 c black beans(rinsed and drained)
    4 tbsp chopped cilantro
    1/4 c Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese
    1 c salsa
    4 oz tortilla chips

Directions

Brown turkey in a skillet. Add cumin, chili powder and garlic while meat is browning, adding a little bit of water if necessary to prevent from sticking.

Meanwhile, in four nice sized bowls(or a plate) heap 2 c romaine on each. Top equally with onion, tomatoes and black beans. Sprinkle 1 oz. of turkey onto each salad. Top with cilantro, cheese, salsa and crumbled tortilla chips. (Use equal portions)


Makes 4 dinner sized portions.
