2 c. grated carrots
6 egg whites
1 medium banana
1 c. skim milk
1 c. Unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
2 T. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. raisins, optional (caloric info is w/o raisins)
Serves 24 (2x2 pieces)

There is 1 c. skim milk. My apologies, again. I think it's stupid how you enter all of the ingredient info to calculate calories, but it doesn't transfer over to the ingredient list. What a pain!
