IntroductionThis is fairly mild if you want more heat add a pc of jalopeno
and some more hot paprika powder. This is fairly mild if you want more heat add a pc of jalopeno

2 .5 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups chicken broth low sodium (or fish broth)
.5 cup red bell pepper
1.5 tsp lemon zest
1.5 cup fat free milk
3 Tbsp flour
10 oz imitation crab meat
2 Tbsp fresh dill
.5 tsp of saffron
salt, pepper, paprika powder,as needed
in saucepan combine cauliflower , broth , bell pepper and lemon peel bring to a boil ,cover and reduce heat let simmer for 10 min or until tender.
Stir together milk and flour stir into cauliflower mix , bring to a boil again stir in crab meat heat, add the spices and heat for about 5 min. while stirring
snip the dill and sprinkle into soup and serve.
