Ingredients

1 package Betty Crocker 3-min Blueberry Muffin Mix
about 1 can Diet Dr. Pepper
1/2 package FF, SF Banana Creme Instant Pudding
1 cup skim milk
1 egg white
3 T Nestle Tollhouse cocoa powder
1 whole kiwi, chopped
1 cup finely chopped apple
1 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
6 T Splenda
Directions
Start by making pudding. Mix all dry ingredients and add the pudding.
Beat the milk, egg and about half of the soda into the mix, until smooth. Fold in finely chopped strawberries, apples, and kiwi.
When placing in muffin tins, fill halfway to comply to two full tins. Bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
