so i decided to make this recipe but I went half and half with the sugar. 1 cup of brown sugar and a half of splenda. It was a big hit forthanksgiving and it was only a 32 calorie difference. Great recipe. - 11/28/08

This Recipe is AMAZING. I am on weight watchers and a slice is only 2 points. My Dad is on South beach and it served perfectly for ALL!! I served it at Thanksgiving and it will forever replace our traditional Pumpkin Pie - 10/26/08

    To MMTCHICAGO,
If you look at the "full nutritional breakdown" it only counted 3 oz. cream cheese not 3-8 oz. packages. I'm so-o-o-o disappointed that this is not 111.3 calories per serving. No, wait, I looked again...I'm wrong. Yea!!!

Made this for Thanksgiving it was the most popular item on the menu! It was very creamy and sweet. I used Equal because I cannot stand the taste of Splenda!! - 12/9/08

Recipe was very easy. Batch is enough for 2 pies. Was very firm and turned out right, but the taste was awful. I could not taste anything but the horrible sweet of the artificial sweetner. That is just me. I can't use it. - 12/1/08

I made this for family Thanksgiving. It is surprisingly rich and tasty, given its low fat and low sugar content. I would definitely make it again. - 11/27/08

Normally, I hate fat free cream cheese (like on a bagel or something) and go for the reduced fat instead, but I actually like how the fat free lent to a sweeter-tasting cheesecake! At least, it did before it was cooked! I think this may become a Thanksgiving staple! We'll see what the fam says! - 11/27/08

  • Ok, ya'll... obviously I did something wrong! Everything tasted wonderful in the mixing bowl. After I added the eggs, the mixture fluffed up quiet a bit and there was too much to fit into one pie pan. Then it fell in the oven and didn't turn out at all. HELP! - 5/14/10

    Reply from CLIMBERCHICK14 (5/14/10)
It will JUST fit in the pan. If you put the pan on a cookie sheet, it makes it easier to handle. Also, make sure you're only using egg whites. Hope that helps!

  • This was amazing, such a hit at our Thanksgiving. It stood next to Full fat, full sugar pecan, cherry, and apple pies, and was the star of the dessert table. - 11/27/09

  • This recipe was delicious, but I cannot get my nutritional info to match yours. My cals are more than doubled. If I divide it into 16 servings, the protein count is way down. Can you help me understand what you did?
