Ingredients

1/2 cup of Splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 cup plain (all purpose) flour
1/2 cup semi skimmed (2%) milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
Directions
Combine everything except the apples.
Pour it into an 8 * 8 tin coated with oil spray.
Add the apples on top.
The crust will rise up through the fruit and cover it as it bakes.
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
