Slow-Cooker Turkey Chowder

Ingredients

1 lb. extra lean turkey cutlet cut into 1/2 in. pieces
1 medium potato peeled and cut into 1/4 in. pieces
2 medium carrots chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 cans of cream of mushroom healthy request (I used cream of chicken instead)
2 cups fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
4 slices of bacon cooked and then chopped into small pieces
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
Directions
*Makes 6, 1 1/2 cup servings*

Cook bacon and chop all of your veggies, potato, etc.
Drain bacon on a papertowel and chop into small pieces (I found it easier just to squish bacon in your hands, it will fall apart)
Throw everything into the crockpot and stir. Turn crockpot onto low for 8-10 hours or until turkey and veggies are tender.
