Introduction

This is a recipe from a friend Monique Mannering which I attempted to lighten in fat and calories This is a recipe from a friend Monique Mannering which I attempted to lighten in fat and calories
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 box of corn muffin mix
    14 oz. can creamed corn
    2 cups fresh corn or frozen
    1/4 stick of butter softened
    1 cup light sour cream
    1 egg
    1 can chopped green chilies

Directions

In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly. Pour into a greased 3 qt casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 55-60 min. Uncover and bake another 10 min until the top is crusty and golden brown.
