Easy Quick Banana Bread

This is an easy way to make Banana Bread - minus the cook time. It is low fat and low in calories but great on taste. I use applesauce, Egg Beaters, and Bisquick -Lite to make a delicious bread! Ingredients

1/3 cup Applesauce
5 bananas mashed
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
3/4 cup of Egg Beaters
2 1/3 cup Bisquik Heart Healthy Pancake and Baking Mix
1 cup sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 350- Grease bread pans
Sir all ingredients in bowl with a fork until moist, beat vigorously for 1 minute.
Bake 30 -40 mins. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes and enjoy - Run knife around side of pan to loosen.
I make this in 2 pans - it maybe made in one for a larger loaf but seems to be very heavy - and not cooked well.
8 servings per pan.
