Curried Shrimp Salad

Great alone, on top of salad greens, or in a wrap. Great alone, on top of salad greens, or in a wrap.
Number of Servings: 3


    15-20 large cooked shrimp, chopped
    t tbsp low fat mayonnaise
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp curry powder
    2 small stalks celery thinly sliced
    kosher salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients and toss.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
