Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/4 C unbleached white flour
    1/3 C Bob's Red Mill 10 grain Cereal Mix
    1 C Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking powder

    1 Activia yogurt, light vanilla
    1/2 C packed light brown sugar
    2 lg. eggs lightly beaten
    2 ripe bananas, mashed

    1/2 C chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Whisk together dry ingredients
Blend together yogurt and brown sugar
Mix with the dry ingredients
Gradually add eggs
Fold in banana and walnuts

Scrape batter into bread pan

Bake for 50-60 minutes
