Combination of approximately 50% oat product with other grains, including: rice, flax, barley, sunflower seed provides a nutritional meal to start the day. Almond slivers are optional and are added to provide a pleasant "crunch".
Addition of 1/4th cup of powdered dry milk is a good variation and adds calcium to the meal.
Be sure to use sufficiently large bowl to allow for boiling liquid.
Microwave at 50% power for about 15 minutes. (Time will vary between micorwaves).
