Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients

    4 frozen chicken breasts (if unfrozen, shorten cooking time
    2 cups carrots cut up
    2 cups chicken broth
    3 Tbsp mayonnaise (to thicken--this keeps it grain free--you may use flour if you do not have problems with grain)
    1/4 cup plain yogurt (sour cream if you prefer)

Directions

Place chicken, carrots, broth in crockpot. Allow to cook on low for 8-10 hours (shorter if chicken was not frozen). Add mayo and yogurt. Allow to heat for 10 minutes. Serve over a bed of spaghetti squash or other side. Enjoy!
