Ingredients

    Frozen mixed berries and mangos, a banana, some protein powder, healthy oil and some water

Directions

Put all fruit in a blender, adding the banana last. Scoop in the SP Complete and add the flaxseed oil. Last, fill the blender with water until it is level with the top of the ingredients. Blend and enjoy! This is enough for two, so share or put the blender in the fridge for later!

P.S. If you don't have the SP complete, you could substitute whey protein powder instead!
