Tex Mex Skillet

Ingredients

    1 lbs if Ground Lean Turkey Breast
    1 Can of Corn
    1 Can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
    1 Can of Kidney Beans
    3 Tbls of Chili Powder
    3 Tbls of Garlic Powder
    1 tsp of Black Pepper
    1/2 Quick Cooking Brown Rice

Directions

Brown turkey in skillet until done, add all other ingredience and simmer on low for about 20 minutes until rice is done.
