Egg, fresh, 12 small Scallions, raw, 6 small (3" long) Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted, .25 stick
Chop green onions (scallions) including green end pieces. Beat dozen raw eggs in bowl, add soy sauce. Melt butter in pan, fry onion, egg mix in large pieces, try not to break up or scramble. As you fry, pull outer layer of eggs toward the center of the pan, cover to allow egg to cook through, flip and fry opposite side. Serve with stir fry and rice.
