Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 oz. round steak, cut in strips
    1 cup onion, rough chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, rough chopped
    1 Tsp. minced garlic
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 cups water
    1 beef bullion cube
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste

Directions

Cut beef into strips, rough chopp onions and green peppers. Heat oil in med. skillet and place beef, onions, green peppers,garlic, pepper and marjoram in skillet, brown on med. heat until beef is no longer pink. Add flour and brown just a bit, add water, bullion cube and tomato paste. Lower heat to simmer and cook, uncovered, about 35 minutes until meat is tender and gravey has thickened. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. Serves 4
