Granola w/ raisins

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    12 c oats
    4 c almonds
    6 Tb ground flaxseed
    3/4 c molasses
    1/4 c maple syrup
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 c raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 300F.

Place a 9x13 roasting pan over medium-low heat. Add oats. Roast for 3-5 minutes until they start to darken and become fragrant (stir frequently). Add the nuts and stir frequently for another 2 minutes. Add the cinnamon, flaxseed, and maple syrup.

Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes (stir once or twice).
