    * 16 oz - Better'n Eggs egg substitute
    * .25 cup - Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices
    * 2 tbsp - Onions (chopped)
    * 2 tbsp - Green Peppers (chopped)
    * 4 slices - Ham (chopped)
    * Spray Margarine


In a large skillet, saute vegetables and ham together in enough spray butter to coat bottom of pan, for about 3 minutes.
Add the carton of Egg Beaters and cook 5 more minutes or until cooked.
