Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Ground beef, extra lean, 2 lbs.
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 c.
    Cereals ready-to-eat, wheat germ, toasted, plain, 3/4 c.
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Onions, 1 tbsp, dried
    Salt, 1/2 tsp.
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp.
    Ground Flax Seed, 1 Tbsp.

Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor and process till completely mixed. Baked in a greased loaf pan for 60-70 min. at 350 degrees
