Nana's Banana Bread - Sweet Epiphany

Introduction

No eggs! No eggs!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 cup
    Butter, unsalted, .5 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Milk, 1%, 1.5 fl oz
    Cider Vinegar, .06 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp

Directions

Makes 12 muffins (1/serving) or 24 mini-muffins (2/serving).

Cream butter and sugar (can use 1/2 brown & 1/2 white). Mix in 5 old brown bananas. Mix together milk and vinegar, add to wet. Mix dry. Add to wet.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
