Corn, Black Bean + Feta Salad

Introduction

Very flavourful vegetarian salad! Very flavourful vegetarian salad!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup Corn, thawed
    1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped
    1 stalk Celery, chopped
    1/2 cup Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
    2/3 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp Cilantro
    1 tsp Oregano

    Dressing:
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Lime Juice

Directions

Cut tomatoes and squeeze out seeds. Mix dressing ingredients in jar with lid. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Add dressing and mix gently. Refrigerate overnight or serve immediately. Enjoy!
