Ingredients

    2 cups fresh basil leaves
    1/4 cup pine nuts
    1/4 cup olive oil

Tips

I freeze my extra pesto, to make sure it doesn't go bad. Freezing doesn't alter the taste, and you can still add to sauces while frozen.


Directions

Makes 8 2-T servings.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until fully mixed.
