1 can Valley Fresh canned chicken 97% fat free 1 small onion 1 can Old El Paso enchilada sauce 1 can Old El Paso chopped green chiles taco cheese 6 flour tortillias
Combine, chiles, diced (fine) onion, 3/5 cup taco cheese in bowl with chicken. Then take tortia, fill with apprx 1/4 cup of the mixture, then roll place in 9 X 13 (greased) pan. Do all six, then pour can of enchilada sauce over top. Bake 359 degrees for 1/2 hour...or till bubbly. Serve with lowfat sourcream, chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
