Ingredients

    1/2 cup Beef Gravy (I used Hy-Vee brand)
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 tsp cornstarch
    pinch salt/pepper to taste

Directions

Turn a skillet on medium heat, add gravy. Let warm. Mix the milk and cornstarch together in a separate bowl, then add to gravy to prevent lumps. Stir constantly until mixed. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serves four.

Add your choice of meat. Remember to add for true nutritional value
