Lettuce wraps

Introduction

Modified from the BFL Eating Cookbook Modified from the BFL Eating Cookbook
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey breast
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 C chopped cabbage
    4 oz can water chestnuts
    1/4 C chopped mushrooms
    1/4 tsp chinese five spice
    1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
    2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
    12 whole green lettuce leaves

Directions

Ground turkey breast in a nonstick pan. Add onion, cabbage, and mushrooms. Saute until soft. Add water chestnuts, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and spice. Mix and heat the chestnuts through.

Serve on lettuce leaves. 3 leaves per serving.
