7 oz Kirkland Albacore Tuna
2 green onions chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper
1/4 cup mayo
1.5-2 Tbsp dijon mustard
grated lemon rind (1/8 tsp)
break up tuna with fork and mix with dill, onions, and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix together mayo, mustard, lemon rind, and salt and pepper. Combine both mixtures.
Makes about 1 cup. Serving size is 1/4 cup. 108.8 Calories per serving
