This is a recipe for a spread that goes great on most fish, especially tilapia. The portion is very large so if you wanted to cook more fish and save on calories, you would feasibly spread it thinner on the fish. Ingredients

NOTE: teaspoon = t; tablespoon = T
1/2 cup Kraft fat free mayo
1/2 cup Kraft reduced fat parmesian cheese
1 T lemon juice
2 t garlic powder
1 t black pepper
1 t dried oregano
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Spoon 1/8 the mixture onto each piece of fish.
Use less garlic if preferred.

If you are using this on tilapia, spread it on and bake in a 350' F (preheated) oven for 35 minutes uncovered. The edges will brown a bit.
