Introduction

My whole family loves this recipe, it tastes a lot like salsbury steak but much more tender. I counted each patty as one serving. I think two makes a nice serving but my boys think 5 sounds more like it. My whole family loves this recipe, it tastes a lot like salsbury steak but much more tender. I counted each patty as one serving. I think two makes a nice serving but my boys think 5 sounds more like it.

Ingredients

    2 lb ground beef
    2 eggs
    2 pieces bread, crumbled
    2 c. milk, divided
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, healthy request

Directions

Mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, and 1 c. milk together. Shape into balls about the size of a walnut, coat in flour and flatten into patties. Pour small amount of oil into a skillet and brown on both sides. Put in a 9x13 pan. Make a gravy with pan drippings, remaining flour and 1 cup milk. Add cream of mushroom soup and pour over meat. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
