Tropical Fruit & Yogurt

Introduction

Fresh pineapple, strawberries, apples, yogurt and coconut. Yum. Fresh pineapple, strawberries, apples, yogurt and coconut. Yum.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups of chunked, fresh pineapple
    1 apple, chopped
    1 tbs lemon juice
    7 strawberries
    1 1/3 cup yogurt
    1 TBS packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup shredded coconut
    **OPTIONAL ~ a couple of shakes of cinnamon (to taste)

Directions

chop apple and add lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside. I put the cinnamon in this so I could make sure the apples were well coated with lemon juice and wouldn't turn brown.
Chunk the rest of the fruit and add to apple mixture.
Stir. Add yogurt and sugar. Stir again and serve.
