Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    * Angelfood Cake - 1 piece (1/12 of 10" diameter cake) per serving. (Cut cake in half, top to bottom.)

    * .5 cup fresh blueberries per serving

    * 2 oz Yoplait Light Fat Free Key Lime Pie Flavored Yogurt (1/3 container) per serving

    * 2 oz Yoplait Thick and Creamy Vanilla lowfat yogurt (1/3 container) per serving

    OPTIONAL:

    * 2 T. crushed or grated walnuts
    * 1 marachino cherry

Directions

(Note: you can if you live/dine alone, freeze individual slices of angelfood cake and defrost two hours before serving! So singls do not need to invite guests to have an exotic-looking desert!)

1. Combine the two yogurts, mixing to thoroughly blend.

2. Cut one slice of angelfood cake in half, top to bottom.

3. Place 1/3 of yogurt mixture onto one slice of cake. Sprinkle half the berries on top of the yogurt.

4. Place other half on top.

5. Pour remaining yogurt mixture over top layer of angelfood cake. Sprinkle remaining berries on top.

Optional:
sprinkle 2 T. crushed walnut on top, plus a marachino cherry.
