1 c 0% fat Greek yogurt
2 c non-fat plain yogurt
1 shrink-wrapped cucumber, diced
1 1/2 to 2 avacados
3-4 TBsp fresh dill
4 TBsp fresh cilantro
1 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)
Blend together till thick and creamy. If you want, add a tsp of olive oil on top for a rich decadent look and some cherry or grape tomatoes diced in half.
