Veggie & Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients

    *Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Lasagna - 2 noodles,
    *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 3 oz (remove)
    Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (1/4 cup), 1.5 serving (remove)
    *Onion - raw, 0.12 cup
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 0.5 serving
    Tomato Sauce, 0.75 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)

Directions

Do NOT have to cook noodles.

Mix Ricotta cheese with italian spices.

Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese and shredded cheese ending with layer of noodles,sauce and cheese sprinkled on top.

Cover with foil, bake for 45-50 minutes. Uncover, bake 5-10 minutes more
