Butter Bean Brownies

Introduction

Boxed and easy - gonna make my own recipe using different beans instead of flour, butter and eggs:) Boxed and easy - gonna make my own recipe using different beans instead of flour, butter and eggs:)
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 box Betty Crocker Reduced Fat Chocolate Fudge Brownies.
    1 390g can Butter Beans
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Drain and rinse canned butter beans carefully (to get rid of excess sodium). Soak in 1 cup water for 30 mins if time allows.
Blend beans and water into puree.
Add to mix along with stated amount of water (on my box 1/2 cup).
Mix until combined. Spread into pan.
Put into pre-heated oven on 180C for 25-30 mins untill browned and pulling away from sides.

Cut into 15 "fingers" (they seem bigger portions that way!).
