Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken breast
    1 pkg broccoli cole slaw mix
    2 cups rice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp (or desired) Asian seasoning

Directions

Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook chicken until no longer pink
Add veggies and cook to desired tenderness
Add soy sauce, sugar, and desired seasoning
Serve over rice
