Pea and Shrimp Risotto

Ingredients

    Peas, fresh, 1.5 cup, shelled
    *Shrimp - 31-40 (Kirkland), 10 oz
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    *Garlic Salt, 0.50 tsp
    *Lundberg Cheddar Broccoli Risotto, 2 cup

Directions

cook Risotto according to directions, leave out oil. Shell peas. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Saute peas for 5 minutes or so. Sprinkle on garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add shrimp and cook for two minutes more (if already cooked). Add more salt or pepper if desired. Serve with peas and rice over risotto.
