Pizza Toppings

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onion, red, raw, 1 medium
    Garlic, 10 cloves
    Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 4 oz
    Provolone Cheese, 3 package (6 oz)

Directions

Wash and slice mushrooms, chop red onion, and saute in olive oil, Start with the onion as it will take longer to cook than the mushrooms, add garlic and cook for about 5 minutes. Top pizza crust with mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Add olives, top with provolone cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes

    Turkey and Pepperoni are not vegetarian, sorry this was posted for the vegetarian menu.
