Banana chocolate bread

Introduction

This is a bread thats great for a snack, any time! Breakfast, lunch, midnight! doesn't matter! This is a bread thats great for a snack, any time! Breakfast, lunch, midnight! doesn't matter!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups all purpose flour
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    2 overripe bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup flax seed meal
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

get butter to room temperature, and mix sugar into the butter to make a paste. Then add in apple sauce till its smooth. THEN!
Mix wet ingrediants with wet. Sift dry ingrediants into a seperate bowl. Then combine wet to dry.
Fill a bread pan thats sprayed with a non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes depending on your oven! Just make sure you can pull a toothpick out of it and its dry and crumblie.

*for added protein, add some chopped walnuts or any nut really!*
**Use mini chocolate chips because larger ones will sink to bottum of your bread pan and you won't get a good chocolate consistancy!**
