12 oz Fat free sour cream
3/4 cup egg substitute
10 oz pkg frozen corn kernels
1 medium zucchini shredded
1 small can chopped green chilis
2 slices lite bread (processed into crumbs)
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (set aside)
Bake at 350 degrees. Serving size 3/4 cup
