Introduction

Ingredients

    1 banana, cut in quarters
    1 Yoplait Delight's Creme Caramel Parfait (or your favorite yogurt -- just make sure to note the calorie difference)
    1 C milk
    1 C (about 8 for me) ice cubes
    1 TBSP peanut butter (didn't add much to the taste, so could omit)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. You can decrease the milk for a thicker smoothy or add more ice.
