Ingredients

    1 ripe banana, peeled, quartered and frozen
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 1/2 Tbs. creamy peanut butter

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
