My wanna be Chipotle

Introduction

I wanted Cipotle on a budget. Sorry I am bad on prep and cook times. I did not add garnishes likes:sour cream and cheese and extra salsas that is up to you. I wanted Cipotle on a budget. Sorry I am bad on prep and cook times. I did not add garnishes likes:sour cream and cheese and extra salsas that is up to you.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.25 Brown rice, uncooked
    3 cups chicken broth
    1 can sweet corn( I say use Mex-corn might taste better)
    1 can black beans
    1 can Ro-tel
    1 taco seasoning packet
    10 flour tortilla shells ( I want to try wheat next)

Directions

step on: Cook rice in the chicken broth
step two: Rinse black beans
step three: When rice is done combine all ingredients in a pot with taco seasoning mix. Simmer 10-15min.
step four: Fill tortillas
enjoy
