Strawberry-blueberry Magic Cobbler

Introduction

A tasty use of those pesky strawberries. A tasty use of those pesky strawberries.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/3 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    5 cups chopped fruit
    1/3 cup pecans
    1/3 cup brown sugar

In my version I used PAM instead of butter. I also did not include the pecans. I cut it into 8 pieces, rather large, but it was so good you had to eat that much.

    I followed the website that has the full recipe on it and printed it up so I will have it for future makings. I thought this was a very quick and simple recipe to make....cooked for about 45 min. and I made it with light butter and added a sliced peach with the berries...Very good! will make again.. - 8/26/10
