1 Oz Pizza Style Canadian Bacon
1/2 C Red or White Onion, Sliced
1/2 C Sweet Red Pepper, Sliced
1 C Fresh Roma Tomatoes, Diced
1 C Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
1 C Fat Free Mozzrarella, Shredded

Needs a little more pizzaz considering the amount of calories. Maybe a super thin crust or putting all of the ingredients on a La Tortilla Factory Low Carb High Fiber Tortilla? This will drop the carbs. Skip the pizza sauce just a brush of olive oil. This should drop the sodium also. - 6/25/10

Don't disagree with your review. We are just beginning our journey away from stuff that is way higher in fat and calories. Carbs are still there and your suggestion will be figured into our future postings.
