1 head of Broccoli
1 package of Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (any flavor)
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 600 gram pkg of cheddar cheese
Cook rice according to instruction on package, set aside.
Grate cheese, saving a little for topping, with the rest, mix in the mushroom soup.
In a casserole dish, layer the cheese soup mixture, wild rice, then broccoli...adding as many layers as there are ingredients. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 425 F for 20-40 minutes, until crusty on top.
